The conference is being held in the Franklin-Wilkins Building, on the Waterloo campus of King's College London, in central London.

The nearest train and Underground station is Waterloo, which is on the Northern, Bakerloo and Jubilee lines. Visit the Transport for London website for a Tube map and more information .

From Waterloo Station, take the exits marked for the South Bank. You will see a roundabout with the IMAX cinema in the middle. Cross the road, either above ground or use the subway, and you will see the top of Stamford Street.

By air

London has five airports: Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, London-Luton and London City.

By train

International Eurostar trains arrive at Waterloo International Terminal. Waterloo is a few minutes' walk from the Franklin-Wilkins Building.

For domestic train travel, visit National Rail Enquiries to plan your journey. From all London train stations, you can take the Underground to Waterloo Station, which is the nearest Tube stop to the Franklin-Wilkins Building.

By road

It is not advisable to drive into central London.

The daily congestion charge costs a minimum of £8 a day and applies to standard cars entering central London. Parking in London is expensive and restricted. However, there is parking space near the Franklin-Wilkins Building, in the Cornwall Road car park, which is open 24 hours a day.
