a comment, with delimiters <!-- and --> is intended
ms
a marked-section, with delimiters <[CDATA[ and ]]> is intended
schemesupplies the name of the schema in which this tag is defined.

(text encoding initiative) This tag is defined as part of the TEI scheme. [Default]
DBK
(docbook) this tag is part of the Docbook scheme.
