• The minutes of the previous meeting were approved
• The board instructed the logo designer to incorporate final adjustments to logo - goal is to launch at conference.
• The preparations for the joint TEI - MEC 2023 Conference were discussed, especially the nature of the TEI-C’s AGM.
• The ongoing efforts to reimplement the TEI-C website were discussed.
• The elections process was considered.
• The plans for TEI2024 conference were discussed.
