Description: provides free translating dictionary databases.

Implementation description: The databases are available in TEI XML. From there we convert to different dictionary lookup application formats, eg. we support

* dictd, a server implementation of the DICT protocol

* Evolutionary Dictioanry, an application for Windows CE

* zbedic, an application for the Sharp Zaurus PDA

More platforms are planned to be supported.
