Registration

You can now register for the conference through the ePly.com registration service. Fees are in Canadian dollars. In addition to registering for the conference, you can register for pre-conference workshops (free), activities (mostly free) and the conference dinner ($60 per person). Early-bird registration rates are available until October 23.

For students attending the conference, some reimbursement of travel and lodging costs may be available through the generosity of the Digital Humanities Summer Institute.

The workshop schedule is available to assist attendees with planning travel.

Registration rates are as follows:

• Member (or employee of member institution) -- early bird: $130
• Non-Member -- early bird: $260
• Student -- early bird: $80
• Member (or employee of member institution) -- late: $155
• Non-Member -- late: $285
• Student -- late: $105

The main conference venue is the University Club on the UVic Campus. Workshops will be held in the Clearihue Building. See the Map for exact locations.
